PROFANITY/INAPPROPRIATE PHOTOS:

Do not post links to offensive material - porn, websites, blogs or other forums/boards that are questionable or graphic in nature or which discuss the Sadlers, board participants by name or a user’s name in a negative manner. Do not post links to graphic pictures. You may post a link to an image or website only if it is pertaining to the topic of discussion or a reference to the topic of discussion, but not for advertisement or promotional purposes. This is one of our most enforced rules, and repeated offences will lead to warnings and/or bannings. Any links to offensive or pornographic materials will be removed immediately at the Administrator’s discretion. The Administrator will determine what is to be considered offensive.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:

The personal lives of Elliott, Hermie and their families are not to be topics of discussion on the board. Their personal lives are to be considered private and we ask that everyone respect this and avoid discussion of the topic. Be advised that posts containing questions or comments about private matters will be immediately deleted without comment. This also carries over to members of the message board and the other drivers and members of the NASCAR community.

SOLICITING/ADVERTISING LINKS:

There is to be no soliciting of any kind or posting of advertisements of ANY kind, including Ebay links and Myspace links. We do not allow links to other sites, message boards, chats or blogs, which may contain questionable materials unless authorized by the board Administrator. This includes items directed toward the Sadlers, Fan Club employees, or other board members. Users who include such links or comments will have messages edited or deleted. Repeat violators will be permanently banned.

BASHING/TRASH TALKING:

There are to be no posts containing ANY form of driver or team bashing, or bashing of other board members. There is to be no offensive, harassing or abusive language, hate speech or profanity. Repeat violators will be permanently banned.

You may discuss or disagree with another member's belief system per the topic of the forum thread but there will be no personal attacks on the member himself or herself.   Although this is a Sadler Fan Club board, we do have members who support other drivers as well. You should show respect to any member who may also support other drivers. They too are entitled to their opinions. You are asked to treat others with the same respect you expect to receive here.

CHARITY SUPPORT:

Elliott, Hermie, the Sadler Fan Club and the Hermie and Elliott Sadler Foundation sponsor and support numerous charity organizations. We do not allow posts regarding charities or links to other charities on the message board.  If you would like more information regarding their charity please send an email to webmaster@sadlerfanclub.com.

ITEMS FOR SALE:

We do not allow anyone to sell items on the message board or allow links to other sites that sell merchandise. This also includes tickets.

SPAMMING:

No spamming the message board. Please, just follow this rule, and don't act inappropriately. Responses to a particular thread should be on-topic and pertain to the discussion.  Those who continually post random topics within minutes of each other will automatically have their account placed on hold.

If a topic is closed or removed do not, under any circumstances, re-post the same topic or material. If you have any questions as to why a thread was closed or removed please contact the Administrator webmaster@sadlerfanclub.com.

Please recognize that board Administrator or anyone else on the message board do not speak officially on behalf of the Sadler Fan Club, Sadler Motorsports or the Sadler family. The views stated on the board on any subject are purely their opinions and do not represent the Sadler Fan Club. When the Sadler Fan Club states its official organizational position on any issue, it will be posted on the website, rather than through the use of the message board.

www.SadlerFanClub.com collects personal information for the sole purpose of establishing registration for use of the message board. SadlerFanClub.com collects personal information about you only when you knowingly and willingly provide it, and we will not share or otherwise profit from the distribution of personal data beyond the use it was provided to fulfill. Personal information will only be distributed internally with the staff of the Sadler Fan Club, SadlerFanClub.com, Elliott Sadler Enterprises or Sadler Motor Sports when issues arise which may require legal action or have the potential to be damaging to these entities.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post a notice that the policy has changed on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

USER'S REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS:

Registered members of the SFC Message Board must be at least thirteen (13) years old and be a current member of the Sadler Fan Club to have their registration for the message board approved. In consideration of use of the Services, User agrees to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about User as prompted by the registration form; and (b) to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If any information provided by User ("Registration Data") is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, SadlerFanClub.com has the right to terminate User's account and refuse any and all current and/or future use of the Services.

SUMMARY:

Decisions regarding messages posted are the sole discretion of the board Administrator. By registering your account and posting to this message board, you thereby accept the terms, rules and regulations herein stated.

This message board is for users to share opinions and comments on a wide range of topics, but we ask that this be done in a light-hearted and considerate manner.

Remember, this message board is a service provided by the Sadler Fan Club and as such, it can be removed at any time without notice. Posts, which step over the line or users who do not follow these very basic and simple rules will be edited, deleted or posting privileges removed. DISCONTINUING YOUR REGISTRATION:

Current registered members who do not agree with the terms and conditions included herein may have their registration removed at any time. Simply send your name,user name and registered email address to webmaster@sadlerfanclub.com. along with a short statement that you wish to have your user name and registration to the SFC Message Board removed. Upon receipt of your request, you user name and registration will be removed as soon as possible.  This will only take you off of the SFC message board, you will still have to contact Yuku to discontinue that account.
