2008 Barn Party FAQ's

1) What time can I arrive at the event?

• Parking will start at 10:00am for tailgaiting and will be free.

• 11:30am Registration Begins. Please proceed to the correct line based upon which ticket you are holding. If you have more than one driver autograph ticket you will be required to register more than once.

2) Can I stay overnight?

• No overnight guest at the Barn or parking areas.

3) What are the directions to the Barn?

• We will send out that information along with the T-shirts and tickets

4) Can I bring an umbrella?

• Yes, just remember you will be responsible for what you bring to the event.

5) Can I bring food and drink with me to the event?

• You may bring food for tailgating. Food and drinks will be available to purchase (cash only for food & drinks) with a portion of the proceeds going to charity.

6) What can I get at the Autograph Session

• One item autographed and one picture with the driver. Each autograph ticket holder will have a special pass to gain admittance to the autograph areas. This will be distributed during registration. (SFC has Elliott & Hermie)

• Each autograph ticket was sold and will be distributed by the Fan Club you purchased your ticket from. That is the driver you will receive an autograph from. You may purchase tickets from more than one driver.

7) When will I get my ticket:

• Commemorative tickets will be mailed out and a ticket is required for entrance into the event. (within a month or so before the event.)

8) When will I get my t-Shirts:

• They will be mailed out with the tickets.

• We will also be selling event t-shirts at the event

9) Can I bring my own chair or will they be provided?

• You can bring your own lawn chair, blanket or towel. The VIP area will have chairs provided. Please visit KaseyKahne.com or DaleJarrett.com as the Sadler Fan Club has sold out of its allotment of VIP Tickets. The Sadler Fan Club still has the Sadler Special and General Admission tickets available.

10) What time are the autograph sessions?

• Autograph session are scheduled to start around 2:30pm for all of the drivers.

11) What time is the VIP Event?

• The VIP Event is scheduled to begin at 5:30.

• We will have a professional photographer on-site to take the photo with you and the celebrities

12) What time is the concert?

• Concert begins at 12:00pm, see agenda here (add link)

13) Where will the VIP seating be for the concert?

• VIP seating will be at the stage

14) Can anyone purchase the General Admission ticket?

• Yes, they are open for everyone and will gain admittance into the event.

• They are sold exclusively through the www.sadlerfanclub.com and the tickets will be sent out by the Sadler Fan Club.

• General Admission Tickets are $25.00 each

15) If I purchased a VIP ticket can I still order a Fan Club (Sadler Special)ticket?

• Yes, every ticket option is now available to the public while supplies last.

16) When will the general admission tickets be sent out?

• They will be sent out at the same time as the other tickets. Roughly a month before the event.

17) If I have a Fan Club ticket from more than one Fan Club how will I get all of my drivers autographs?

• The autograph sessions will be at the same time so you will need to be in one line and then move to the other line before the session is over, which will be at approximately 4:30pm

18) Is there an age limit.

• There is no age limit but everyone who attends the event must have a ticket.

19) What happens if it rains

• Weather permitting the concert is scheduled to be outdoors. We invite you to bring lawn chairs and blankets to make your day more comfortable and enjoyable. The autograph signing will be indoors..
