Plan 2008 Barn Party Bash for Charity
 

EMPORIA, Va. (May 22, 2008) – Race fans that belong to the Hermie and Elliott Sadler Fan Club, Dale Jarrett Fan Club and Kasey Kahne Fan Club have the chance to attend a bash in September like no other. The 2008 Barn Party will kickoff at the famed Sadler Barn in Emporia, VA on Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008 at noon. The event will be highlighted with appearances by NASCAR stars Elliott and Hermie Sadler,  Jarrett and  Kahne. Fans will have the opportunity to enjoy live concerts and appearances by recording artists Blake Shelton, Bucky Covington and Lee Brice.

Two ticket packages are available to fan club members beginning on May 22, 2008.

Fan Club Member Package (Limited Quantity, tickets available to the public

July 1, 2008)

Price:  $50 Per Ticket, Each fan club member can purchase up to 4 tickets

Package Includes:

• Commemorative ticket (Tickets are required for admittance)

• Event T-shirt  (specify size when ordering)

• Autograph session, photo op with driver

• Upon arrival all ticket holders will receive a wristband, which will allow them admittance into the autograph area to meet  their driver

• Concert by Blake Shelton, Bucky Covington and Lee Brice

Barn Party VIP Member Package (SOLD OUT)

Price:  $250 Per Ticket, Each fan club member can purchase one ticket

Package Includes:

• Commemorative ticket (Tickets are required for admittance)

• Event T-shirt (specify size when ordering)

• Commemorative 2008 Barn Party Print Autographed by all NASCAR Drives and Entertainers

• Photo op with Blake Shelton, Bucky Covington, Lee Brice, Kasey Kahne, Dale Jarrett, Elliott Sadler and Hermie Sadler

• Concert by Blake Shelton, Bucky Covington and Lee Brice

• Special VIP Seating Area for the Event

Tickets are available exclusively to Sadler Fan Club Members, Dale Jarrett Fan Club Members and  Kasey Kahne Fan Club Members beginning Thursday, May 22^nd at 10am through June 30, 2008. Any remaining tickets will be available online to all race fans and a general admission ticket to the event will be offered at that time. Hotel Information: The following hotels have agreed to offer rooms at a discounted price for Tuesday to Thursday (September 2-4).  If a fan club member needs rooms for Friday and/or Saturday, weekend rates will apply – they will need to contact the individual hotel for those rates.
